We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $150 or more! Shipping costs on smaller orders are a flat rate of $15. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders need to be calculated manually, via support ticket request.

The manufacturer warranties our products for 90 days. Any product returned for warranty after that time will not be replaced or money refunded. If you wish to return a product you will need to contact us by e-mail at: support@tiffanylampsdirect.com and let us know the reason you want to return the item. If you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. We will send you an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number for you to put on your returned merchandise. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns (or additional fees/delays may occur). Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit or replacing the product.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective or mistakenly shipped. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
Tiffany Lamps Direct stands behind the quality and craftmenship of all available merchandise. We will work with our customers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
If you are ordering from the state of Minnesota, you will need to include 6.5% sales tax. All other states are sales tax free.
